BEFORE the workshop • Advertise the event via the web / social media (Twitter, Facebook) • Contact your local EU office • Issue a press / media release • Invite a high-level official to open the workshop, i.e. representative from the Ministry of Education, ECML Governing Board member • Order (free!) ECML materials for the event– 4 weeks before • Send us : • programme of the event • list of participants (Excel or Word document only!)
DURING the workshop • Take photographs • Encourage participants at the event to subscribe to the ECML Newsletter / like the ECML Facebook page
AFTER theworkshop Send us : • Post-event report: • local coordinator • participants • Six months impact report: • local coordinator • participants (online survey)
