The following sample slides are from two different presentations I created on telephone communications. • Slide 3 has hyperlinks embedded to allow the user to advance to that part of the presen-tation. Use the arrow key to return to the Table of Contents. • Slides 5 and 6 are samples of slides where I created the graphics using the art tools available in PowerPoint and added narration. To make the steps graphic, I used Group (Format tab) to keep the steps together and move as one object on the slide. (Advance to Slide 7 for information about creating a game or quiz.)

It requires setting up a series of hyperlinks within your presentation so that the user can go back with ease. • The first two boxes under “The Communi-cations Process” Tab are active.
