  7. POWER RUST PREVENTIVE EP039 is a high solid epoxy primer that can build dry film thickness over 75u per coat for excellent resistance to frication, chemicals and moisture. EP039 is a 2-component modified polyamide epoxy primer that allows for a long recoating time up to 30 days. EP039 prevents rust and corrosion on steel, galvanized steel (both cold and hot dip ), non – ferrous metals, and concrete, Furthermore, EP039 prevents concrete deterioration, economical and easy to use. EP 039 Shall be used in the shaded areas or all the surface which doest fall direct sun light

  9. Power preventive AP089 urethane is Acryl modified polyurethane topcoat which provides saving time, pollution reduction, finishing with just one coating. It can be sprayed on the rust surface with minimum sanding and provide excellent resistance to weathering, chemicals and corrosion. • Features : • Excellent chemicals resistance & resistance to friction & corrosion. • Offers rust preventive with strong & long-lasting dry film in harsh places including vessel, plant, harbor facilities & steel staircases. • Long lasting gloss. • VOC compliant & low odor. • Thick film & cure in low temperature (5ºC). • Easy to apply.

Power preventive EP1000 can apply directly on various surfaces such as rusted surface, galvanized steel ( cool and hot dipped ) , aluminum, concrete, tile, steel plate, chemical composition, existing finish, It can build dry film thickness over 75-150u per coat. Especially, It can adhere to serious rusted surface with minimum surface preparation, It is a high solid modified epoxy topcoat which provides VOC compliant and high penetration power.

  13. Rust preventive 919”is 1-component and quick drying type rust preventive primer made out of specially modified acrylic resin. It prevents rust caused by direct contacting between metal surfaces in areas such as the welded, fastened bolt and nut for a long time; eventually, workability will be remarkably improved, as no conventional rust preventive oil needed. It can be used as an adhesiveness agent for a variety of top coatings. It can also be applied to materials with difficult adhesiveness, such as aluminum, goods treated with alumite.

  14. Features : • Super quick drying, thin film with long last rust prevention. • Easy working with an aerosol type. One aerosol spray can complete work. • No heavy metals like chromium are included. • Can be used as an adhesiveness improver for top coating. • Top coating can be applied if the coated substrate should have been left as is for a long time after it had been applied. RUST PREVENTIVE ALUMINUM PUTTY Has so strong adhesive power that it can not only firmly adhere to galvalume and hot dipped zinc galvanized steel, but it also can repair the area, where heavy load is placed and holes caused by rust, where heavy load is placed and holes caused by rust, where no welding can be applied. It has a super water resistance and brings forth a strong rust preventive power. It can be applied to a wide range of metals as well as wood, concrete, plastic, FRP , etc. It is not only flexible , but it is also resilient against shock, because it includes fiber in itself.

  17. KNOCKDOWN RUST LOCKER One-component strong penetrating rust preventive primer . It retards rust by penetrating deep into the source of the rust locking it. When Knockdown Rust Locker (abbreviated as KRL ) is applied on painted substrates without rust, it hardens the substrate and improves resistance to solvents so that it can help the coating film to be hard to lift off. KRL is easy to use, can be applied on most substrates, both rusted and without rust.

Applications : • Emergency staircase at condominium, Vessel related (container etc.) • Applicable – Sheet steel, stainless(SUS304), Aluminum(A1050), Bonderrizing Plate, Surface Zinc-coated steel, Surface Baking Finish Steel, Hot Dip Galvanizing Steel, Rusty parts etc. • Non Applicable – Surface of Epoxy coating, Flourine treatment, Greasing Surface etc. • Features : • Super rust preventive power. It penetrates deep into the source of the rust & lock it. • Top coating can be applied in 2-3 hors, contingent upon a kind of top coating applied after KRL is coated. • Putty can be applied directly over it with strong adhesion. • No water washing is required. • It can be applied on existing finish. • KRL will harden the coating film which is easy to lift off & make it more resistant to solvents. • It can be applied as rust preventive after semi-automatic or arch welding.
