Phoenix Media Management Software Phoenix Media Manager was developed in early 2007 to manage video generated by body worn video cameras. Since then it has evolved into a full blown data management solution. The system uploads and manages various types of data from body worn cameras and other sources including still images, audio files, incident reports etc.

Trade/International Orders F1 Pro support provided for trade orders Global Focus supplies bodycams to Police forces, Councils, security companies and many other organisations and are pleased to be able to offer trade pricing for larger quantity purchases. To qualify for a trade account a minimum of 20 cameras would need to be purchased. Please contact us with your requirements and we will send you a quote.  Global Focus will provide full 2 years manufacturer’s warranty for any software failures. This will include online, telephone and if required site visit support.  We will provide a 24hr contact number for critical issues. An engineer will be available to discuss any issues arising from the software.  We will provide 12 months unlimited telephone and online support for users that require assistance with the software functionality.   We will provide 24 months warranty for any hardware failures. Faulty items will be replaced within 48hrs of reporting via courier if they cannot be readily fixed.   Telephone support will be available weekdays from 9-5pm We will provide a 24hr contact number for critical issues. An engineer will be available to discuss any issues arising from the software.
