  2. 一、实验目的 • 1.掌握K2Cr2O7标准溶液的配制; • 2.掌握有汞法测定亚铁盐中铁含量的原理及步骤。

  3. 二、实验原理 2 Fe3++ SnCl42-+2Cl-=2Fe2++ SnCl62- SnCl42-+2HgCl2= SnCl62-+ Hg2Cl2↓(白) 6Fe2++ Cr2O72-+14H+=6Fe3++2 Cr3++7H2O 磷酸:1) 降低了Fe3+/Fe2+电对电位,使达化学计量点的电位突跃范围增大,为0.62~1.05V,二苯胺磺酸钠较好的在突跃范围内显色,从而使Fe2+被完全滴定; 2) 加入磷酸,可以与Fe3+(黄色)反应生成Fe(HPO4)2-,而消除终点时颜色影响。

  4. 三、实验内容 • 1.K2Cr2O7标准溶液的配制 准确称取K2Cr2O7基准试剂1.2~1.3g于烧杯中,加适量水溶解后定量转移250mL容量瓶中,加水稀释至刻度,摇匀,计算其准确浓度。

  5. 2.试样溶解及预处理 准确称取亚铁盐试样0.9~1.0g于250mL锥形瓶中,少量水润湿,加入5mL6mol/LHCl溶液,盖上表面皿,加热近沸至试样溶解完全,此时溶液略显黄色,用少量冲洗表面皿和烧杯内壁,趁热用滴管小心滴加SnCl2(不可太快,防止Fe2+还原)3~4滴,边滴边摇,滴完后,加入20mL左右水,流水冷却溶液至室温后,立即一次加入10mL HgCl2溶液,静置2~3min,使反应完全。

  6. 3.铁盐中铁的测定 将上述已处理好的试液加水稀释至150mL(稀释的目的: a.减弱Cr3+颜色; b.防止溶液酸度过大, 加入15mL硫磷混酸,5~6滴二苯胺磺酸钠,立即用K2Cr2O7标准溶液滴定溶液呈稳定的紫色,即为终点。记录下K2Cr2O7标准溶液所消耗的体积,平行测定三次,计算亚铁盐中铁的质量分数和相对平均偏差。
