  2. User State is ‘DD’ for Dept. of Defense

  3. Information page for DEBI fields

  4. You can do an Incident Search, Open Fire Department, Change Password Or Add a New Incident.

  5. By default, current date is inserted.

  6. Enter Key Information Critical errors exist because Incident Key Information and Basic Module do not exist until saved.

  7. Basic Module becomes available after saving Key Information.

  8. Incident Saved & Critical Errors do not exist

  9. Removed Zip Code as test & saved

  10. Critical Errors Exist / View the error list

  11. Error list shows a Critical error exists on the Basic Module. The Zip Code is Required data.

  12. Added the Zip Code back in & Saved

  13. Critical Error Message is no longer displayed

  14. If needed, additional Modules can be added from the drop down.

  15. Incident Search You can search on any field, including Invalid Incidents

  16. You can Open the Incident or Delete (If you have Permission) the Incident after Selecting

  17. Go into Key Information tomake changesif necessaryand Save.
