1km run I think that did so well in my last session compared to my first because my fitness program was very good for keeping me fit because in my fitness program there were a lot of different activities which worked on different parts of your body and this really showed in my 1 km run. If I were to do these sessions again I would definitely put some more weight lifting in my program because I am trying to become a lot stronger for different types of sports next year. me as a performer
1: I think I really did well in trying to push my partner to go as hard as he possibly could, for example when he was running on the treadmill I was besides him yelling at him to keep going when he wanted to stop. 2: The area which I think I could improve as a trainer is maybe doing different types of activities instead of doing the same activities for a large amount of time. 3: I think my best quality's were definitely motivation and leadership. 4: I think I improved in my leadership as the weeks went on because when my partner wanted to just muck around I was the one making him do his program. me a trainer
