  2. How to Print the Document in Black and White Only? About color printing: The printer uses only the black ink cartridge to generate a black & white print out. Any colors present in an original document or photo are converted to black. Select this setting when you want to print only with the black ink cartridge.

  3. For computers with a WINDOWS Operating System: • In your computer, select Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes. • Right-click the name of your printer. • PreferPrinting Preferences.
