Gluu integrates YubiKey for secure hard token USB and NFC Two-Factor Authentication As strong authentication to network and cloud applications continues to drive security needs, Gluu announced today support for Yubico’s leading hard token cas single sign on device, YubiKey. The small, battery-less USB device simplifies the process of logging in with a One-Time Password and has been recognized as one of the most cost effective hard token two-factor authentication solutions available today. Gluu’s open source cloud identity platform enables an organization to authenticate people, and to integrate with applications by supporting popular open authentication and authorization protocols, such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and RADIUS. “With over 200 two factor authentication companies competing for buyer’s attention, we have sought to test some of the more popular solutions that the market has shown to be secure, cost effective, and easy to use”, said Mike Schwartz, CEO and Founder of Gluu. “YubiKey was the first hard token we chose to test because of its widespread use and the impressive list of references listed on their website.”
