Spot-checks • 10% of each safety group randomly selected for spot-checks • Letters are going out to those firms selected • May receive a call prior to receiving a letter • Arrange meeting time up to 4 hours • Review documentation from year-end achievement report • Provide copy of my spot-check report, observations & final score • Meet & interview employees
