If the noun you are working with is plural, you must add an “s” to the possessive adjective. Look at the following examples: mi libro mis libros tu libro tus libros nuestro libro nuestros libros su libro sus libros
The possessive adjective “nuestro” is a bit trickier. If you are using “nuestro”, you must know whether the noun you are working with is masculine or feminine. Look at the following examples: nuestro libro nuestra profesora nuestros libros nuestras profesoras

Note that in the second example, the answer is not “sus” because “tío” is singular; the determining factor is the thing that is possessed or owned – NOT the possessor!
