Core Winding is of two types: 1. High Voltage Coils: High Voltage Coil are the component of Transformer. Generally round insulated wire either of Copper (Cu) or Aluminium (Al) is used as basic raw material. The coils are made in Number of Layers. The starting and ending leads of each coil are terminated on either side of the coil. 2. Low Voltage Coil: Low Voltage Coil are also component of Transformer. Core Assembly It is in the pattern of thin sheets & cut to size as per design. Nothing is performed to increase the magnetic path. The lamination are put through toughen process. Coil-Core Assembly The constituent yield in the coil winding and core assembly stage are then captured into core- coil assembly stage. The core assembly is from side to side settled with the foot plate moving emotionally the ground. The top bond of the core is detached. Top core frame consist of core bolts and tie rod are fixed in position. Primary and secoindary winding are established as per the needs.
