Event Goals review the council of europe countries activities aimed at achieving MDGs 4 and 5identify health systems factors and practices improving protection of children`s rights for health, as integrative reaching MDGs 4 and 5 identify actions to optimize the synergy effect between the MDGs 3, 4, 5, and other health-related MDGs respectful of children`s rightsagree on concrete steps at the regional, subregional and national levels to advance the work of children's rights for health, as an integral of reaching MDGs 3, 4 and 5

Main Objective Making Difference in CoE Member States through: increasing access to family planning and improving quality of sexual and reproductive health strengthening immunization goals in the decade of vaccines increasing equity in access to quality care during pregnancy, childbirth, newborn and childhood

  4. Objectives Reflecting the Process building up national capacities learning from COE member states experience sharing in the new progressive tools strengthening national networks

What is the Ministry of Health of Ukraine presently running to provide chilren their rights for health? • Improvement of high quality paediatric care in hospitals, integrated management of childhood illness in primary level health facilities (including ICATT) and care for early child development • Providing high standards for adolescent care and adolescent friendly health services and mainstreaming aspects of human rights in the assessment tools for adolescent health programming • Maternal mortality cases audits and improving quality of care in pregnancy and childbirth
