  4. The cluster policy: Berlin and Brandenburg are strictly focused on the core competencies: The transport, mobility and logistics cluster is one of the capital region`s core competencies. The cluster is an excellent communication platform that creates synergies. More innovation through new forms of cooperation between companies and scientific institutes of different branches.
