FY 2014 is a preliminary estimate. FY 2015 is the President’s Budget Request. Some FY 2014 funding for TB programs at USAID (between $8 and $20 million in prior years) is not yet known. Represents funding through the Global Health Initiative (GHI) only. Multilateral funding includes the Global Fund, GAVI, IAVI, UNAIDS, Commodity Fund, Global TB Drug Facility, and Microbicides. Other U.S. contributions to multilateral organizations, such as the WHO, are not currently counted as part of the GHI.
