RRFC, RFAC and Alumni chairs should know each other, introduce themselves to each other.They develop and maintain directory or database that is complete and accurate and notify TRF of any updates made Concentrate on promoting alumni fellowships with Rotarians Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC and alumni chairs should have communication between each other in our zone regularly, making sure that they are also in contact with their district’s GSE, VTT, Scholarship, Rotary World Peace Fellows and Membership Chairs. Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC should create and distribute a newsletter to the district alumni subcommitees. And district alumni chair should prepare reports to RFAC. Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC works with Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator and the zone leadership team on alumni and Rotary Foundation matters Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC and alumni chair can emphasize world understanding by inviting alumni to speak at events about how their Rotary experience improved their awareness of world understanding. Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC reminds alumni chairs periodically to coordinate efforts with district membership chairs to ask clubs to extend an open invitation to alumni for membership in their local Rotary Club. Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC reminds alumni chairs to share names of alumni who are good candidates for membership to their district membership chair. RFAC attends Rotary Institutes and help alumni chairs to invite alumni to be involved and to present Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC in a coordination with alumni chairs, remember that Volunteer Service Grant recipients are also Foundation alumni and can be invited to speak to clubs about their experience Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
We should ensure that all selection committees for scholarships, GSE, VTT, and Rotary World Peace Fellows involve appropriate alumni We should help each district involve alumni in planning an alumni event at district conferences. Zone Foundation Seminar / ISTANBUL
RFAC and alumni chair help to organize district and multi district orientation seminars for Ambassadorial scholars (including host or sponsor counselors) or group study exchange team members and encourage the use of alumni as mentors for new Foundation program participants. RFAC with alumni chairs try to find possibility in that district, to charter a new alumni associations. For that reason we can work to find interested alumni to charter new ones.
