  2. Setting • Map of setting • Find a map of the setting during the time period in history that your book covers. • Insert the map onto the slide. • Cite the map source on your bibliography page. • State where the setting and the time period of your book take place. Slide 2

Author • List the name of the author along with background information about the author and the book he/she wrote. • Name the awards the author may have received for this book. • If possible, insert a picture of the author on this slide. • Cite the source(s) of the picture and the information you obtain about the author on your bibliography page.   6. Book Rating • Rate your book on a five star rating (with five stars being the highest rating) • Tell why you are giving the book the star rating you have selected. • Tell your classmates if you would/would not recommend the book. • Give reasons for your recommendation. Slide 9

Bibliography • This slide is probably the most important slide of all. • It is the slide that should be a work in progress from the beginning to the end of your assignment. • You will use the MLA format to list your book and ALL other cites used for the project: book jacket cover, author page, map, and any other source used to for this project.
