INTASC Standard, Description and Rationale Standard #3 Learning Environments The teacher works with others to create environments that support individual and collaborative learning, and that encourage positive social interaction, active engagement in learning, and self-motivation Brief Description: For this assignment, I learned how teachers view helping students become stronger through their class environment. Rationale: To document my understanding of Standard #3, I used interviewing teachers to find out how they set up their class rooms and interact with students to make a positive learning environment.

Conclusion After interviewing both teachers, I was able to get a different insight on the teaching profession. I already knew its about the kids but you have to make sure every child knows that.
