Issue for Apartments • The apartment house produce “Broadband Refugees”. • Impossibility for ADSL and Fiber, Because of telephone exchange office to apartment is too long distance or Multipurpose line • It is extreamely difficult to draw optical fiber into only a specified household in aparment. • To need an agreement of a management association to introduce optical fiber and CATV into the whole apartments. Wireless Access solution is expected in Japan. • Speedup of Wireless Access System is needed by Broad Band trend, apartment measures. • By the high throughput • High throughput per user. • Increasing user number per AP. => Lower cost service => Increasing Market size.
