Dougherty, former President of Sun Life of Canada, has joined the Gotodoctor Advisory Board, Gotodoctor is a leading digital health platform with a mission to simplify and deliver healthcare for its members across both public and private health services. Kevin joins some of the most respected names in the industry on the Gotodoctor Advisory Board, adding a special focus on Strategy, Partnerships and Business Growth. Kevin spent over 40-year years in the Canadian Insurance and Employee Benefits industry, and led Sun life’s group businesses to leading market positions. He pioneered significant advancements in the insurance industry, including Total Benefits, an industry first that combined Pension Savings and Benefits into a seamless digital platform. He and his team also launched Lumino Health, an innovative search engine for Allied Health providers across Canada.
