e-IRG Workshop, April 19 – 20, EML Heidelberg Do. 19.04.2007 13:00 – 14:00 Welcome buffet and registration at EML 14:00 – 14:30 Introduction and overview of workshop 14:30 – 17.30 Topic 1: 5 presentations a 20 min + 10 min discuss Fr. 20.04.2007 9:00 – 12:00 Topic 2: 5 presentations a 20 min + 10 min discuss 12:00 – 13:00 Lunch buffet at EML 13:00 – 16:00 Topic 3: 5 presentations a 20 min + 10 min discuss
Workshop Details Idea: to form three working groups, each with an expert Chair Person and the 5 presenters and volunteers. The 3 teams will work together on a 2 – 3 page summary of their session, including a few recommendations. Wolfgang to write a 1-2 page introduction. All contributions will be edited into “e-IRG Communications”, sent to the delegates 3 weeks ahead of the Delegates Meeting in June for comments, and then presented at the Delegates Meeting in Bonn, June 20 – 21.
