GL-505 User Manual Last Modified on 12/20/2015 11:34 pm EST GL505 Setup Set Up The GL505 is a portable battery powered asset tracker that can last for several months to several years based on update interval. To install the GL505, follow the instructions below 1. Use the 4 mount holes on the GL505 to attach it firmly to the asset. 2. The unit should be facing the open sky or where there is access to the open sky. They should not be mounted in a location that is completely indoors. 3. Wait for up to 24 hours to see the device update on the mapping platform. 4. The device is nominally configured for at least one update per day. Log Into Your Account Your login details will be mailed to you. Using the account login and password, log on to your account.
