History of GJW Praha • The company was founded on 21st of October in 1991 by Mr. Ferdinand Jakubec, Mr. Frantisek Gloser and Leonhard Weiss GmbH. • The revenues during initial period was just a few thousands EUR • In 1998 Eurovia (Vinci) bought 37% shares of GJW Praha • In 1998 Mr. Frantisek Gloser stepped down as Chairman company and Mr. Milan Koudelka bought part of his shares and become a new Chairman of GJW Praha • In 2006 Mr. Ferdinand Jakubec sold his shares to Leonhard Weiss and Eurovia and left the company • In 2007 Mr. Milan Koudelka sold most of his shares to Leonhard Weiss and Eurovia
