FORD B2E + VW PQ25 Platform / Main Facts • Suppliers must be willing to sell to TRW in the currency in which TRW sells to customers (for the RfQ it should be Euro currency) • Suppliers are asked to plan in priority manufacturing in low cost country • Volumes are not guaranteed and will depend on customer programs and automotive market fluctuations • Data required: • Pricing – including volume breakpoints and landed cost in using plant selling currency – Productivity mini 4 x 3% • Tooling – initial tooling • Timing (including development and tooling lead-time) • Cost and lead-time for prototypes • Manufacturing footprint of supplier
