  6. Characteristics of HealthyFamilies • Emotionally safe environment (you can state your thoughts, wants, emotions) 2. Accountable / Responsible 3. Allows people to grow & change 4. Supportive of each other 5. Eats meals together 6. Follows the Golden Rule “Treat others as you want to be treated.”
