Kathryn Winn Proficiency Plan • All staff will have high expectations for all students. • Teachers will teach the Common Core and infuse thinking strategies. • Teachers will re-teach and give students an opportunity to work to proficiency. • Teachers will goal set and make adjustments in the classroom, as necessary. • Students will know the reading level they are working on and take appropriate leveled books home to read with parents. • Teachers will progress monitor students not on level.

Kathryn Winn Proficiency Plan • Students will use Compass Learn (Reading and Math) Daily • Students will use Dreambox (All grades) • Students will use Math Facts in a Flash (Grades 1 and 2) Daily • (Newly added) Read Naturally in the Classroom. (All students not on benchmark in reading. • Students will use writing as a vehicle to learn to read. • Teachers will score writing together and decide next steps.
