4. Existing Providers – cont’d • ERA Manager facilitates • Setting up ERA Account – Organization • Registering / Viewing Providers with OptumInsight • Creating / Viewing association between Provider and Payer • Access to Payer EMC Agreements

5. New Providers • Step through the online registration process or contact a Sales Rep at 800-341-3141.

6. New Providers – cont’d • Once the registration process is complete, the Provider will receive their Username and Organization ID. • Within 24 hours the Installations Department will contact the Provider in order to set them up for the initial install and provide them their Password. • The installation will include training and set-up for the non-ERA transactions. • After the installation, providers will use their credentials to step through the ERA registration.
