  2. UPS OnLine Tools Registration ProcessStandard Tools 1. Create a My UPS ID 2. Request the Tools 3. Get Documentation 4. Request an Access Key

  3. Registration process begins at www.ups.com/onlinetools Customers can use existing My UPS ID or create a new one

  4. New registrant must first create a My UPS ID

  5. Registrant must agree to UPS Technology Agreement (UTA) Registrant must scroll to bottom of agreement to accept or decline UTA

  6. Registrant is presented with My UPS registration form.

  7. Once registrant completes form, they are dropped at their My UPS Workspace Registrant is automatically logged into ups.com. They must navigate back to Online Tools website to continue with their Tools registration.

  8. Registrant receives My UPS ID welcome email

  9. Registrant navigates back to ups.com/onlinetools website to continue with Tools registration Registrant clicks on Get OnLine Tools

  10. Registrant selects OnLine Tool they wish to download by clicking on Tool name

  11. Registrant is presented with Tools registration form Form is pre-populated with My UPS ID registration information. Registrants must supply UPS account number to register for Tools.

  12. Registrant selects the Tool they wish to download Once registration form is completed & submitted, registrant is activated for all Standard Tools. Registrant clicks on the Tool name to download technical documentation

  13. Registrant chooses version of technical documentation to download

  14. Registrant receives Tools welcome email which contains their Developer Key

UPS OnLine Tools Registration ProcessPremium Tools CIM Receives Request Fill out additional request form after selecting Shipping, Signature Tracking or TradeAbility Follow process for Standard Tools on ups.com Shipper number in the request queried against Data Warehouse Request is emailed to sales force for investigation Sales force Approves or Rejects request

  16. Registrant clicks on a Premium Tool: Shipping, Signature Tracking or TradeAbilty Tools

  17. Registrant is presented with Premium Tool request form Form is pre-populated with My UPS ID registration information.

  18. Registrant is informed that their Premium Tool request has been submitted
