  1. Instructions JOB EVALUATION SUITE Using Reports Hi! My name is “Judy.” I would like to demonstrate the amazing flexibility of the reporting module. This overview will enable you to customize the reports to suit your specific needs. To begin, click “Next Page.” Next Page

  2. Instructions Entering Job Evaluation Suite Wa Ergo 81040 “Judy,” our tour guide, will ask the user to login by entering company name and password. For this demonstration the company name is “Wa Ergo” and the password is “81040.” (When in doubt, read “Judy’s” instructions.) Next Page

  3. Instructions Viewing Reports You may enter “Report” from any screen by clicking the “Report” link located below Judy’s feet. A senior manager may want to enter the reporting section at this opening screen to create an “Overview Report.” An ergonomics team may want to complete a job evaluation and then enter the reporting section to create a “Specific Report.” Click each of the yellow text links below to see the difference.   4. Instructions - Overview Reports Entering Password A password must be entered to access the reports section. You may enter “report” to proceed. The password is easily changed by the customer’s system administrator. Back Next Page

Instructions - Overview Reports Selecting the Type of Report to be Presented Report Tabs Data Filters Before any report can be presented, you must select one of the 3 report tabs: Hands and Arms, Lifting, or Office Computer. Please note that clicking on a tab creates an unfiltered report, which could be very large and cumbersome. Adding filters prior to selecting a Report Tab will focus the results on the data that you are interested in seeing. Back Next Page Adding a Filter

  6. Instructions - Overview Reports Selecting Filters Specify type of filter first. Clicking the “All” button adjacent to ”Wa Ergonomics” and then clicking the “Hands & Arms” tab produces a report showing the scores for each client that Wa Ergonomics has. The scores are shown as the average score for all the Hands and Arms evaluations taken by each of these clients. Following the average score is the number of evaluations completed, and then the range of scores from lowest to highest. Select report tab second Back Next Page

  7. Instructions - Overview Reports Selecting Filters Clicking any one of the client names will move that name into the list of filters. The data displayed will then be limited to that selected client. Using this technique of selecting titles from the report to create filters, will enable you to see specific data and to customize the report. Clicking on a client name, “Seattle Ergo Company,” will create a filter Back Next Page

Instructions - Overview Reports Selecting Specific Data The client “Seattle Ergo Company” is now a filter The report is now limited to “Seattle Ergo Company” evaluations Clicking the client name “Seattle Ergo Company” will move that title to the list of filters. The data displayed will now be limited to Seattle Ergo Company. Using this technique of selecting titles from the report to create filters, will create a customized report. Back Next Page

Select “Hands & Arms,” Lifting,” or “Office Computer” evaluation tabs Instructions - Overview Reports Seeing Details - Selecting a Date Range Apply “Date Range” Select “Detail” or ”Summary” Column headings Click “Detail” to see the individual scores for each risk factor (as shown above). Click “Summary” to see the average scores for the risk factors. Enter a “From” and “Thru“ date to create a date range for the report. Select a different evaluation tab, “Hands & Arms,” “Lifting,” or “Office Computer” to generate a new report. Clicking on any column heading will rank the scores under that heading. You may further refine your filters down to the employee and even individual survey level. Back Return

Instructions – Specific Report Entering Reports Module After completing an evaluation, the ergonomics team may want to enter “Report” from this screen to see how this evaluation compares to other evaluations. Clicking the “Report” button, located below Judy’s feet, will take you from this screen to the Report module. Back Next Page

  11. Instructions - Specific Report Entering Password A password must be entered before gaining access to the Report module. In this example, the password is “report.” Back Next Page

Instructions - Specific Report Filter List Click to remove this filter Because the Report module was accessed from a screen with an existing list of filters, this report is filtered to a specific individual, at this location, performing this job. The report indicates Brough, William has completed 7 evaluations. To see all the employees who have performed this task, click the “Name” button adjacent “Brough, William.” This action will remove the filter. Filter list Back Next Page

Instructions - Specific Report Removing a Filter Pressing the “Employee” link activated the employee filter and expanded the report to show all individuals filtered by the specified company, location, department, evaluation level and job. Selecting any of the other links will remove the associated filters. Clicking on a name in the body of the report will re-establish that name as a data filter. This technique provides amazing flexibility. Experiment with adding and removing filters to customize the reports to suit your specific requirements. Apply “Date Range” Select “Hands & Arms,” Lifting,” or “Office Computer” evaluation tools Expanding the Data - Creating a Date Range - Selecting Other Tools Select “Detail” or “Summary” Click “Detail” to see the individual scores for each risk factor (as shown above). Click “Summary” to see just the average scores for the risk factors. Enter a “From” and “Thru“ date to create a date range for the report. Select one of the evaluation tabs “Hands & Arms,” “Lifting,” or “Office Computer” to generate a different report. You may further refine your filters down to the employee and even individual survey level. Back Return
