  2. Grant Rogers directed the firm’s large loan Special Servicing business, which was accountable for resolving over $40 billion of defaulted loans.

  3. Grant Rogers worked diligently as the director and he negotiated the restructuring of a $200 million investment in a troubled real estate fund, resulting in the full return of investors’ capital.

  4. Grant Rogers worked at UBS WARBURG / PAINEWEBBER INC. / KIDDER, PEABODY & CO. for almost 7 years as Executive Director and Deal Manager - Commercial Real Estate Group.

  5. Grant Rogers also served Soros Fund Management, LLC as the Director. Where he managed to liquidate or restructuring several real estate investment funds for which Soros Fund Management works as the general partner or in which the Soros family is invested personally.
