Assignment: • Make four small booklets about Roman women, Greek women, Indian women, and Chinese women from the height of Classical culture. • You should include the information from the PERSIAN model, but you can combine some topics. • I would suggest: Political, Family, Social, and Miscellaneous as the four pages for your books • Your books should be glued into your notebook. • Make it creative!!

Once you are done: • Make a thesis statement comparing two of the groups of women. • Outline an essay answering the prompt: • Compare the roles of women in two of the following civilizations: Classical Greece, Classical Rome, Gupta India, or Han China. (Hint, hint…) I say, I do love essays! Ohhh, especially thesis statements Wouldn’t this make the most fascinating essay for the test?
