Great Wall China Adoption (GWCA) Is A Leading And The Most Recognized Adoption Agency
Great Wall China Adoption (GWCA) is a leading and the most recognized adoption agency and non-profit organization based in Austin, Texas. The organization, in association with the Chinese government, has been playing a credible role in placing children with forever families since 1996. The organization is headquartered in Austin, Texas and has offices in Beijing, China. As soon as China improved its Civil Affairs system regarding abandoned and orphaned children and established China Center for Adoption Affairs, Snow Wu founded GWCA.
The agency, along with its sister division, Children of All Nations (CAN), is dedicated to improving the lives of children around the world. CAN has strived to improve legislation and international law regarding orphans since 1996, initiating many charity programs focused on child welfare since then. The management and staff are rated as highly competent and compassionate. Even the CEO and President of the organization, Snow Wu, was recognized by the United States Congress, and awarded the congressional Angel in Adoption Award in 2003 due to her leadership and sincere efforts.

Due to her dedicated efforts and contribution, the US Congress awarded her an Angel in Adoption™ award. To increase adoption options, she initiated international programs which are offered in 14 countries around the world. These countries include Bulgaria, Latvia, Dominican Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Poland, Ghana, Ethiopia, Haiti, Honduras, the Philippines, Uganda, and Ukraine. GWCA also offers families an opportunity to adopt domestically in the United States.
