With the support of Bastrop ISD and Austin Community College, we offer opportunities to earn an associate's degree upon high school graduation. TSI Data • Texas Success Initiative – Students must meet cut scores in Reading, Writing and Mathematics to take courses for college credit at community and junior colleges. • The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) sets the cut scores. • Reading – 351 • Writing – 363 and an essay score of 4 OR an essay score of 5 • Mathematics – 350

College Credits • Class of 2018 (Current enrollment) • 47 students earned 3 hours of college credit for PSYCH 1300 (141 hours) last year. • 43 students earned 3 hours of college credit for DRAMA 1310 (129 hours) last fall. • 42 students earned 4 hours of college credit for SPAN 1411 (168 hours) last fall. • Total college hours – 438 hours • Fall grades: • A – 34 (36%) • B – 22 (23%) • C – 25 (27%) 86%* • D – 4 (4%) • W/D – 9 (10%)

CRCA Student Academic Extracurricular Achievements • Speak Up, Speak Out • 1st place – University of Texas @ Austin, Annette Strauss Civics Fair, December 15 • Team Green – CRCA Recycling Project • KBCB recognized Team Green with a $900 prize in November for plastics recycling • CRCA has a National Honor Society chapter. • CRCA will field a full UIL Academics Team for the district meet.
