CPDP Background • Program aligns w/the AF Chief of Staff’s vision to provide professional development for our AF civilian employees • CPDP is a Profession of Arms Center of Excellence (PACE) tool used to provide this training • Three VAFB employees volunteered to attend the training at Randolph to implement installation wide • Jolene Cantrell, 30 FSS • Roy Lapioli, 30 FSS • Steve Rogers, 30 RMS • 381 TRG sent three personnel as well • PACE (JBSA) requires CPDP reporting each quarter • IG’swill be looking for implementation as a means of wing leadership supporting gaps in civilian development (MGA)
