Name Availablility • Name of the company is reserved through RUN (Reserve Unique Name) service at the MCA Portal (www.mca.gov.in) • It is a web based service and no efroms are involved • Upto two names can be given in the RUN Service • There is provision for entering comments and attaching documents, which can be used for giving the significance of key word or attaching object clauses, NOC’s etc. • If given names are not available, there is one chance for resubmission and fresh 2 names can be given • Names are made available with in 2-3 days of making application

DIN • Director identification number cannot be obtained unless the person is appointed as director in a company. • Director Identification Number (DIN) Can be obtained through efrom DIR-3 Filed by the company. • DIN can also be obtained though Spice(Inc-32) at the time of incorporation • Currently there is no provision for obtaining DIN for a designated partner in an LLP.

  4. Incorporation • Forms involved in company incorporation are • Spice – INC-32 • Spice MOA – INC 33 • Spice AOA – INC 34 • Director Identification No. Can be obtained through Spice • Attachment include : INC-9,Copy of PAN, ID Proof and Address Proof of Subscribers • PAN and TAN can be obtained through Spice.
