13. การรักษาแบบอนุรักษ์ในภาวะปวดหลังการรักษาแบบอนุรักษ์ในภาวะปวดหลัง • ปวดหลังจากการใช้งานผิดปกติหรือจากท่าทางที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับแรงกล(mechanical back pain) • กระดูกสันหลังและข้อรองกระดูกเสื่อม(degenerative spine &disc) • กระดูกสันหลังเคลื่อน(spondylolisthesis) • โพรงกระดูกสันหลังแคบ(spinal stenosis) • หมอนรองกระดูกเคลื่อน(herniated disc) • เส้นประสาทถูกกดทับ(radiculopathies)

15. อาการเตือนในภาวะปวดหลังอาการเตือนในภาวะปวดหลัง • ภาวะเตือนในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มที่มีภาวะกระดูกหักหรือเคลื่อน • ผู้ที่มีประวัติอุบัติเหตุที่ค่อนข้างรุนแรงในผู้ป่วยอายุน้อย • ผู้ที่มีประวัติอุบัติเหตุเล็กน้อยในผู้ป่วยที่มีอายุมีประวัติ การใช้ยาสเตียรอยด์เรื้อรัง • มีภาวะโรคทางกระดูกเช่น Paget’s disease

16. อาการเตือนในภาวะปวดหลังอาการเตือนในภาวะปวดหลัง ภาวะเตือนในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มที่มีภาวะกดทับเส้นประสาทหรือไขสันหลัง • มีภาวะการขับถ่ายอุจจาระหรือปัสสาวะที่ผิดปกติ • รู้สึกเดินลำบาก หรือตรวจพบว่าเดินผิดปกติ • มีอาการชาบริเวณรอบรูทวาร

17. อาการเตือนในภาวะปวดหลังอาการเตือนในภาวะปวดหลัง ภาวะเตือนในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มที่มีภาวะมะเร็ง • มีประวัติการรักษาโรคมะเร็งต่าง ๆ • มีอาการมากแม้ในขณะนอนราบ หรือกลางคืน • ไม่สามารถหาท่าที่ทำให้ตัวเองสบายได้ • มีน้ำหนักลดโดยไม่ทราบสาเหตุ • ทำการรักษาแล้วอาการไม่ทุเลาภายใน 1 เดือน
