Cultural Diversity Questions:Answer the following questions (to the best of your ability) about your family • What is your family (parents/grandparents) religion? • What did they do to prevent illness? • What do they believe causes illness? • What did they do to treat illness?
Think back to the years you were growing up to answer the following questions: • How were you told to stay healthy? • When you got an illness such as a common cold or the flu, how was the condition treated? Note special foods, remedies, and so on.
Without speaking do the following: • Explain to a partner that he or she must get out of bed to go for a walk.
