Mining Management Plans Summary • MMP’s are required as part of and application for an Authorisation. • The MMP need to be updated every 12 months for ongoing operational activities. • The MMP must include a security cost estimate. • The MMP is auditable and stand alone document. • The MMP is a planning document and needs to be comprehensive enough to be read by anyone on site giving them an understanding of the activities, obligations and commitments of the project.
