Purpose of the program: Cleaner energy and heating using Serbia‘s own resources Financ. Cooperation (KfW) Technical. Cooperation (GIZ) Credits and investment-related technical assistance to district heating companies to support a transfer from fossil- to biofuels. Advise and consulting for capacity building to improve framework conditions, strategy development and market development for a sustainable use of bioenergy ressources. 19.02.2014 3/7
