  2. One day, Real and Tate (two friends since childhood) graduated from Lincoln High. Real had dreams to make it to the NBA after college while Tate wanted to be a business man and music producer.

  3. Both talked about it driving home from a graduation party. A few minutes from their destination, the car flipped and landed in the marsh. Both realized what happened and started to panic.

  4. Suddenly, a lady wearing camouflage gear appeared and seemed to blend in with the environment. She asked, “Do you believe that you can be anything you want in life?” Both said yes. Poof; they were back on the road and arrived home wondering what had happened.

  5. The next morning Real awoke and received a note from his mom. It read “Congratulations son; I’m so proud! Duke University called and said they were offering you a full scholarship to play basketball for them! Talk to you later, love mom”.

  6. He was about to call and tell his friend but before he could, his friend called with his own great news.

  7. He said he’d just gotten a call from Wayne saying he’d “heard a beat of his” and wanted to work with him on the next album. “Damn, that’s good!” Real replied before sharing his story.

  8. Later that day, Tate came over to Real’s house, both still excited about what happened to them earlier. Real turned on the TV, and the news reported that a lady was killed in a car crash last night. She ran off the road after purchasing some camouflage gear for her husband, a deerhunter.

  9. In the car they found a book she was writing called “Dreams Do Come True: A Story About Two Friends”.
