  3. Specific Questions • New onset flashes/floaters? • Loss of part of visual field? • Distortion of straight lines? • Pts >50yrs • headaches? • scalp tenderness? • Jaw muscle ache on chewing?

  4. Previous Ophthalmic Hx • Contact lens wearers? • Previous intraocular operations? • Myopia? • Hypermetropia

  5. Previous Medical & Surgical Hx • Diabetes? • Hypertension? • Graves disease? • Carotid stenosis? AF? Murmurs?
