  10. Shareholder Information Enter Ally Gater as a common shareholder in the HR2 – Shareholder Info record Then enter Ken Tuckey as a preferred shareholder.

  11. Raw Materials (Variable Costs) Enter the Label materials cost to complete the FIN 1 – Product or Service Cost record

  12. JA Invoices and Other Fixed Expenses Use this information to complete the FIN 2 - Break Even Point & Pricing record Enter salaries for 5 managers and 1 director. Enter various pricing options and select $5.00 as the price per unit.

Company Information Enter the COMPANY NAME, PRODUCT/SERVICE, SHARE PRICE, PAYROLL INFO, and other details on the PRES1 – Company Information record Many of these cells are referenced on other sheets so it is important they are completed. NOTE: Since the Break-even point was calculated to be 132 units, the company set a production and sales goal of 175 units.

  15. Enter the attendance for Week 8 Jed I. Knight is absent. Ally Gator has decided she can no longer attend. All other company members are present.

  17. Enter the number of units sold, returned, • and checked out for Week 7 • Ella Vater sold 5 units • Brock Lee brought back 3 units unsold • All other company members sold 2 units • 8 units were sold at a company Trade Show • All company members checked out 4 units

  18. Enter Share Revenue of $70 for Week 5 • Record $45.79 worth of Raw Materials purchased by Ella Vater in week 6 • Enter Sales Income for 13 sales in Week 7 • Record cheque issued to Ella Vater for $45.79 in Week 7 • Make sure the Finance Worksheet and Banking Record balance!
