KAZAN (VOLGA REGION) FEDERAL UNIVERSITY Content of the program • The distance learning program should cover all main legal aspects of foreign economic activities and defence of international investments on complex base. Student will select 8 from 16 courses: • Contract law • Investment law • International private law • Taxation • Custom law • International clearing • Labor migration • International arbitration • Intellectual property law • Criminal law • Insurance law 2. Each course will be designed in a fully online format by two specialists from Russia and other foreign country 3. Each course will be based on comparative studyin the framework of cooperation of Russian and foreign specialists. 23
