Remote Desktop. Press the Start Button and Press “All Programs”. Scroll over Accessories then Remote Desktop Connection. Open the program . Find your computer or look up on your laptop for the school desktop (easier to find your laptop). Press Options for a more personal search.

  1. Remote Desktop

  2. Press the Start Button and Press “All Programs”

  3. Scroll over Accessories then Remote Desktop Connection

  4. Open the program • Find your computer or look up on your laptop for the school desktop (easier to find your laptop)

  5. Press Options for a more personal search

  6. Press Experience and select all checkboxes

  7. If You Cannot Connect to Your Laptop… • Select Control Panel And click

  8. Select Windows Firewall You may have to click Classic View if in Cate- gory view

  9. Open and Click Exceptions

  10. Scroll to Remote Desktop and Check Mark

  11. Additional Notes • You may not have to Change firewall settings • Try to connect first if you then cannot connect check laptop name. • If still not working then change firewall settings. How to find you full computer name • Go to control panel • Go to system change to classic view to find • Click computer name and find full computer name

  16. Find the video/HTML you wish to insert In this case I am using an HTML from an online physical science power point.

  17. Resize to fit screen

  18. Watch in slide show mode
