Important CIGNA Information • Call our toll-free pre-enrollment hotline 1.800.244.6224 • Visit www.cigna.com to confirm providers in your area. • The current NHP HMO participants will be defaulted to the CIGNA Open Access Plus In-Network 80% option. • The current UHC HMO and POS participants will be defaulted to the CIGNA Open Access Plus 90%. • Employees will be free to select either CIGNA Plan during Annual Enrollment for a 1/1/2011 effective date.

Current Mail Order Scripts will not automatically transfer to CIGNA Members should review their official plan documents for more information and note that plan information will be available online via www.myCIGNA.com once coverage is effective.
