  2. who is Paradise Fibers? • Our main goal is to provide fiber arts supplies at reasonable prices and most importantly to treat all of our customers and employees like family. It's also important to note what makes us different than the multitude of other "mail order" shops on the internet. • Our new shop was originally built as a horse livery for the WSU Veterinary Program back in 1909 and later was the Brownie Baking Company that produced cookies for the young woman's Brownie Troops regionally and nationally.

  3. Shipping • We try and ship same day if at all possible, order early in the day for best chances.  We only use fast methods of delivery like 3 Day Select, Priority and at the least USPS Mail where appropriate and never parcel post which is pretty unreliable.  • Typically if something is on backorder it will only be for 3-5 business days.  If it's going to be longer than 3-5 business days to ship...we will ship out what we have and cover the additional shipping cost, no problem.

Customer Service • Orders over $100 going to Alaskaor Hawaii generally will ship for a FLAT RATE shipping charge of approximately $8 USPS Priority Mail.  Typical costs to us for a $100 order to Alaska or Hawaii are anywhere from $10-$20 per order but you only pay the flat $8 fee, awesome! • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. • We are a small family owned and operated shop and we want to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with the products you get from us.

  5. Bargains on Knitting Needles • There are various things to consider when choosing knitting yarn. You must consider size, shape, color, material, weight, and the best way to care for the yarn fibers . The intended project is another consideration. • How much yarn will I need to purchase from a discount yarn sale to complete the project? Will novelty yarn or basic yarn be a better option? What particular yarn fiber would I prefer to use? Taking these questions into consideration, you should have a good idea as to the type of yarn to look for in a yarn sale online.
