  3. What you can expect from me as Head Coach at BC • Honest and fair coach • Run a program built around our core values (later) • Have a program that kids consider fun and want to be a part of . INCREASED NUMBERS! • High expectations to be set and holding kids accountable to those expectations on the field and in the classroom • Open door policy • Consistency within the program (schedules, camps, etc…) • 1 Program- Youth through 12th Grade • Promote multiple sports and activities

What BC Football expects from players and parents Players • 80% attendance at all weight-lifting sessions • 100% attendance at camps and contact days • Total commitment to the program and its philosophies Parents • Holding your sons accountable to our expectations of them • Be involved in program- great programs need help • Be supportive of players and coaches
