Evolution of Teaching Philosophy Present Without effective classroom management, you can not teach anything! Classroom management is less about rules more about procedures. Teachers who have a firm but mutually respectful relationship with students have stronger classroom management. Differentiation facilitates effective classroom management by providing students with tasks that are challenging, yet attainable. Past It is essential to create a classroom of mutual respect! Address learner differences through differentiated instruction Constructivist learning enables students to create long term learning My philosophy did not really change, but has been enhanced by experiences in classroom!
