Vocabulary this week!
gorge A deep narrow passage with steep rocky sides; a ravine. The train conductor could see nothing but rock outside his window, while driving through the gorge.
enchained • Being held captive In the game, the girl was enchained to the chair.
Herb medicine • A medicine made from plants. Some herbal medicines are believed to prevent disease and strengthen your body.
poultice • a soft medicated mass spread on cloth and applied to sores. The poultice pad contains a mild antiseptic (boric acid) to promote faster healing.
