  3. 衍生性金融商品發展簡史 • 1570年，成立於英國倫敦的皇家交易所(Royal Exchange) • 1603年，成立於日本大阪的稻米交易所(Rice Exchange) • 1611年，成立於荷蘭阿姆斯特丹的商業及股票交易所(Merchant and Stock Exchange) • 1630年，在日本大阪交易的類似稻米期貨契約 • 1848年，人類史上第一個正是有組織的期貨交易所-----芝加哥期貨交易所(Chicago Board of Trade， CBOT) • 1973年，成立芝加哥選擇權交易所(CBOE) ，推出標準化的選擇權 • 1975年，CBOT推出以房屋抵押債券為標的物的利率期貨 • 1981年，CME推出歐洲美元利率期貨，首創現金交割制度 • 1982年，堪薩斯期貨交易所(KCBT)推出史上第一個股價指數期貨 • 2000年，國際證券交易所(ISE)首先採行全電子交易系統
